STUDENT FEEDBACK

Exploring Contexts

Visiting various resources which I either did not know existed or would never have thought to visit

Evenly spread and varied methods of assessments

It taught you to look at different methods of research which will be useful for the rest of my degree

Stimulating and varied trips that encompassed a wide range of cultural issues

Contextualising Photography

As a mature student I’m only doing the degree for fun. I have thoroughly enjoyed this module and all aspects of it especially race, gender and the YBA’s which have really made me think carefully and re-appraise some of  my views. Thank you.

Best features of the module - Response

Bringing subjects to the lectures which were near to me.

Object Analysis

Learning to critically analyse objects, to think about their implications rather than just looking at them

I learnt how to extract meanings from objects and how they construct part of society and debates

Enjoyed personal research – thought this was a good learning process
