The Globalising Art, Architecture and Design History project
was born as a constructive response to the criticisms in the QAA Subject
Overview Report for Art, Architecture and Design History. The report (QO 10/98
para 5) stated that 'aims and objectives concentrated heavily on western art
and culture and display little cultural diversity'. You can access the
full report online. You will need Acrobat Reader to
open the QAA Report file. (download AR)
